One day, Fred looked in the mirror and saw his reflection grinning back at him. But it wasn’t quite Fred’s face… this reflection had a life all of its own! Fred was scared at first, but the character in the mirror said that he is a friendly musical spirit named F-Ra-E-D (prounounced “Efra Eedee” who is Fred’s alter ego. F-Ra-E-D handed Fred this music and told him his name was encoded within and to play it whenever he needed a boost of courage.
